Drasten ("we", "us") provides a photographer-focused CRM for clients, invoices, and payments. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website and service at drasten.com (the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and credentials you provide when you register or log in.
- Business profile: studio or display name, branding, and payout-related details you add in Settings (e.g. for Stripe Connect and client-facing pages).
- Client and invoice data: information you enter about your clients and jobs (names, contacts, amounts, invoice content) that you choose to store in the Service.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe handles card data according to its own policies.
- Technical data: standard logs and identifiers (e.g. IP address, browser type, cookies or similar technologies) needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate you and protect accounts;
- Send transactional emails (e.g. invoices, payment-related notices) when you use those features;
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests;
- Analyze usage in aggregate to fix bugs and plan product improvements.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data with service providers who help us run the Service, for example payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting, and database infrastructure. They may only use your data as instructed by us and as needed to perform their services.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger) with notice where appropriate.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account where applicable law allows; some records may be retained where we are required to keep them.
